MUMS ON THE RUN classes are held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am at Jonas Bradley Reserve, The Ponds. Bubs and kids are welcome to come along.

Or if you’re an early riser we have classes every Tuesday and Thursday before sunrise!

All our trainers are pre and post natally qualified, and kids are welcome at the 9.30am classes.
